We provide features such as “click to call”, Geo-positioning, mobile advertisements, mobile data capture and a host of other mobile web features.

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Specialist.

The best candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience. This can be an entry level Part Time position for the right candidate, with the opportunity for Full Time employment and advancement. The position is responsible for the conversion, on-boarding, and training of in-bound leads from the MoFuse website, channels and affiliate partners.

The best candidate will interact with customers primarily by email and phone to increase sales of our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for handling inbound sales leads for customers who want mobile web services.
  • Presentation of sales packages and offers to prospects.
  • Receive (by telephone or email) requests for information, account set up, and general questions about our service from potential customers
  • Provide Product Marketing team with customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Use of CRM platform to log and manage customer contacts.
  • Work with MoFuse team to communication market feedback.
  • Multitasking, self-starter. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in, learn quickly and enjoy working in a team environment. We are a young, growing company and you may be asked to work on many projects and/or platform initiatives.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team oriented, and good with detailed follow-through.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience selling Software as a Service platform services a huge plus
  • Experience with based CRM tools such as Sugar or SalesForce.
  • Experience creating and executing cold calling scripts
  • High tech or Mobile web experience

Education Requirements:

Degree or related experience equivalent preferred. Sales training a huge plus!
